You are invited to Soft Body Sundays—a ritual healing series in the park to help you come back home to yourself, one breath at a time.This isn’t your typical yoga class or art circle. This is a soft space to move, feel, reflect, and adorn yourself with love.No mirrors. No pressure. Just presence. Just play. Just healing.

We gather in the park for a sacred little Sunday offering: part movement class, part mini retreat, part soft body circle where your whole self is welcome. This space is especially for those who are:

• Trying to feel safer or more at ease in their body
• Unlearning shame around movement, softness, or rest
• Wanting to explore movement without mirrors, fitness culture, or pressure
• On a healing journey, a creative journey—or both

This space is for you.

10:00–10:45am → Free/donation-based intuitive movement flow

A gentle, guided practice with yoga, stretch, dance & breathwork to help you return to your body on your own terms.

No expectations. No mirrors. No pressure. Just breath and beats and maybe a little grass under your toes.

11:00am–1:00pm → Henna Picnic
