This Open Level Pilates Mat class is designed to accommodate participants of all experience levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners. Focusing on improving strength, flexibility, and posture, the class features a variety of controlled, flowing movements that engage the core, lengthen the spine, and enhance overall body awareness.You will be guided through a classical series of exercises. Modifications and progressions will be provided to suit individual needs. Whether you’re new to Pilates or a seasoned practitioner, this class will challenge you to refine your technique, build endurance, and improve alignment. Bring a mat, comfortable clothing, and an open mind to explore your body’s potential.
