If you’ve been feeling “on”… holding everything together… moving through life without fully exhaling—this space is for you.
This healing circle is designed to support your shift from performing to presence.
Through guided reflection, and a deeply immersive sound bath, you’ll be supported in releasing tension, reconnecting with your body, and returning to a grounded, present state.
This is the work I guide my clients through—
and this is your opportunity to experience it in a shared, in-person space.

Feel free to bring anything you need to feel comfortable during the guided meditation and sound bath portion :) ie: blanket, pillow, mat, water, etc. Also, if you'd like one of your crystals charged with the healing energy we create together, you're welcome to bring one for the circle.
