LUMA™ (previously named Kundalini Activation), is a somatic energy healing modality rooted in light language channelling.
Our intention for the sessions isn't to 'activate' but moreso to connect to a beautiful high frequency of love and act as a 'tuning fork' for you to also connect to this frequency.
In this space, we move through a deep somatic unwinding. Energetic blockages relating to unresolved traumas begin to dissolve and release from the body.
The sessions are held in a safe nurturing container with individual care to support the somatic healing process.
We remain fully present with each person’s process, intuitively knowing when to step in and offer deeper somatic holding when needed.
Having two facilitators who are qualified in somatic trauma healing allows us to create this level of presence and focus more deeply on each individual’s experience.
