So much of life asks us to move, do, figure out, and respond.
This evening is an invitation to pause.
To soften the need to fix, release, or become anything different than you are in this moment. To simply settle into your body, your breath, and your own presence.
Through the gentle tones of crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, chimes, and other soothing instruments, we'll create space to become curious about what naturally wants to be felt, noticed, or heard.
No agenda. No destination.
Just listening.
All are welcome. 🤍
Mats, blankets, and pillows are provided. Feel free to bring anything that helps you feel cozy. Please arrive a few minutes early to settle in.
