The vision for each gathering begins arriving weeks beforehand — images, sensations, and energetic threads that reveal the path I’ll guide the group through. By the time we meet, the journey has already been forming in the unseen, ready to meet you exactly where you are.
We’ll begin with a gentle introduction to ground and connect, then move into a guided meditation infused with Reiki healing energy. Each meditation carries a specific intention or theme, supporting your remembrance, clarity, and empowerment. Throughout the gathering, the healing flows continuously — awakening vitality, activating your body’s innate ability to heal, and opening pathways to deeper intuition and unconditional love.
We close with optional sharing and reflection so you leave feeling integrated, supported, and renewed.
