Activity Schedule will include Daily Sound Healing Journeying with Drums, Gongs, Rattles, Chimes etc, Group Mindset Sessions, Group Energy Healing sessions, Group Walks, Wild Swimming, Dipping, Pier Jumping, Spending time giving back to nature our Mother Earth 🌍
Karma Yoga each morning giving back to the Centre for World Peace 🙏✨ Gardening 👩🌾 Preparation of the veggies 🥒 from the garden, 🪴 Some house keeping and 🪸 Sea W**d collection - that was my job last year with Lisa 😂😂
Joining in the Practices of Chenrzig for Compassionate Living and Green Tara for Peaceful living and enlightenment ✨✨
These will be each morning and evening for those that want to attend hosted by Ani Palden.
