☯️Rejuvenate your body with a sequence of yoga for beginners whilst listening to the sound of sacred sound bowls. Relax, unwind and renew your mind, body and soul. Allow the yoga flow to release your physical tension while the sound vibrations to help guide you back into balance.
✨You will start by choosing an oracle card. This will help to set your intention for your session.
✨You will then start with a guided Yoga session with Gemma. She will guide you to a relaxing space on the floor where you will enjoy the sound frequencies.
✨ The aim of the session is to help your mind feel calmer, your mood uplifted and more in tune with your body.
💫All mats, blankets and pillows are provided. But you’re welcome to bring your own if it makes you more comfortable.
