☯️ Dao Yin is one of the oldest documented practices in the world, with its roots in ancient shamanism and is one of the fundamental transformational processes in the Daoist Internal Arts.
While the much younger Qi Gong allows Qi (Tsi) to circulate and be nourished through subtle movement, Dao Yin guides, directs, and purifies Qi, using our intellect (known as Yi) to remove pathogens, viruses, and Xie Qi (Shye Tsi—contaminated energy).
🧲⚡ To be able to practice Dao Yin, we need the appropriate amount of Qi and activated Dan Tian- our magnetic energy center - then, thanks to appropriate stretching, conditioning and body positioning, we begin to influence the Jing Jin lines created from and along the tendons, ligaments, tissues and muscles, as well as fascia, creating additional channels and "gutters" through which we can effectively lead and conduct Qi energy. At the same time, great emphasis is placed on full release and opening of the spine – hence the name "Dragon" 🐉
🪷 At Lotus Nei Gong, we learn the sets of four Dragon Dao Yin exercises and five Wu Dao Yin exercises, which were popularized worldwide by the founder of Lotus Nei Gong International and my Teacher, Laoshr Damo Mitchell 🙏
During our March workshop, we will focus on the first two Dragons – the Awakening Dragon and the Swimming Dragon, examining every detail of each exercise while utilizing the ideal season for this set of exercises: spring and the wood element, which both support working with the Jing Jin lines.
🌳 We are also fortunate to train in Greater Poznan National Park, in the heart of the forest and just a few minutes away from the city center. ✨🙏
🐃 The practice itself is not subtle, as the physical and energetic bodies are evolving. In our events, we focus on preparing you as best as possible to achieve maximum results from your training.
🪷 Even if you are a beginner, we invite you to join our Family, where we will work together to create and activate Dan Tian, circulate Qi, and strengthen the body with the help of Nei Gong (internal refinement) before we begin the Dao Yin process.
After we have eliminated pathogens and blockages from our system, we will fill the spaces with pure and fresh energy.
