The address is 8771 Canyon Lakes Drive.Rockin with Robyn is an easy-to-follow cardio dance class for adults. Picture a dance party (but it’s actually a workout). Plan to sweat and smile and sing a lot! Bring a bottle of water and sweat towel. Wear fitness clothing and comfortable, supportive sneakers.
The class is high intensity with quick movements. All routines are repetitive and easy-to-follow. You’ll catch on quickly and eventually be able to anticipate my next move.
