About this Event
2025 saw the inaugral BSE conference - the first Bitcoin conference ever in East Anglia. Over 170 attendees and speakers, some travelling internationally to be there. Building on the success of the event, BSE will be back again for 2026 with even more reasons to buy a ticket, aiming to welcome over 200 people to Bury St Edmunds on 12 September 2026.
BSE takes place at The Athenaeum, a beautiful Georgian assemby room in the heart of Bury St Edmunds, a historic market town in the heart of Suffolk but only an hour or so away from London, Hertfordshire, Essex and Norwich and easily accessible via public transport or car from across the country.
The building will be exclusively used for this event on the day, with the setup as follows:
- Ballroom - main stage predominantly for panel discussions covering a diverse set of topics centred around Bitcoin and the UK.
- Reading Room - side stage to allow for workshops, solo speakers and fireside chats.
- Old Library and Billiard Rooms - side rooms next to the entrance of the venue to be opened up for vendors selling goods for Bitcoin and Bitcoin businesses sharing information on their services.
- Lounge / Bar - somewhere to mingle with fellow Bitcoiners or just grab a drink.
Closer to the time of the event we will release speaker names, news of shoulder events around the conference and details on the agenda for the main stage and side stage.
