Hosted by Masaki Hisaike (Sake Sommelier) with Takuya Inoue — Founder of AU SAKE and International Sake Sommelier (Kikisake-shi), this guided tasting introduces five exceptional sakes now arriving in Australia.

Together, we’ll taste through a curated lineup while learning the stories behind the breweries, the rice, and the craft that defines modern Japanese sake.

Expect a relaxed, intimate session designed for both newcomers and seasoned sake drinkers.
