🎾 The Knot Release Session – Fascia & Trigger Point Class
Tight shoulders? Stiff hips? Lingering knots that just won’t go away? This session is designed for you.
Using tennis balls and gentle guided movements, we’ll target common areas of tightness and knots to help your fascia move freely and your muscles recover.
This is a guided self-release experience — sometimes intense, always effective.

People with muscle knots or chronic tension
Those who train regularly (Pilates, strength, running, etc.)
Anyone looking to move and feel better in their body
