Karlsruhe Concert Duo, įkurtas 1999 m., yra plačiai pripažintas ir dažnai kviečiamas koncertuoti tiek Vokietijoje, tiek užsienyje. Duetas yra pelnęs ne vieną tarptautinį apdovanojimą Italijoje ir Prancūzijoje, o jų pasirodymai išsiskiria gilia interpretacija, techniniu meistriškumu ir įtaigia muzikine vaizduote. Muzikantai ypatingą dėmesį skiria klasikinio romantizmo ir ** a. repertuarui, taip pat atranda mažiau žinomus kūrinius bei pristato šiuolaikinių kompozitorių muziką. Jų koncertai žavi publiką visame pasaulyje, o kritikų vertinimu, tai ansamblis, pasižymintis ypatingu muzikiniu bendrumu ir jautria scenine komunikacija.

Ši Leonardo Coheno daina savyje neša litvakiško paveldo ir Rytų Europos žydų kultūrinės atminties atgarsius, o Roberto Zemeckio filmas žaidžia laiko, atminties ir kartų ryšių temomis. Kartu jie kviečia į kelionę tarp praeities ir dabarties, atskleisdami ilgalaikį Lietuvos ir litvakų kultūros pėdsaką tarptautiniame mene ir pasakojime.“– Katya Kov, ciklo kuratorė.
Koncertas rengiamas Vokietijos ambasados Vilniuje kultūros skyriaus paramos dėka, bendradarbiaujant su „Pasaka x Create Culture Group“ ir Geros valios fondu.

Founded in 1999, the Karlsruhe Concert Duo is widely recognized and frequently invited to perform both in Germany and abroad. The duo has won numerous international awards in Italy and France, and their performances are distinguished by profound interpretation, technical mastery, and evocative musical imagination. The musicians devote particular attention to the classical Romantic and 20th-century repertoire, while also discovering lesser-known works and presenting music by contemporary composers. Their concerts captivate audiences around the world, and critics describe the ensemble as one distinguished by exceptional musical unity and sensitive stage presence.
“The program’s title combines ‘Dance Me to the End of Love’ and ‘Back to the Future.’ This Leonard Cohen song carries echoes of Litvak heritage and the cultural memory of Eastern European Jews, while Robert Zemeckis’s film explores themes of time, memory, and intergenerational connections. The concert is organized with the support of the Cultural Department of the German Embassy in Vilnius, in collaboration with "Pasaka x Create Culture Group" and the Good Will Foundation.

Wir laden Sie herzlich zu einem Kammermusikkonzert für Violoncello und Klavier ein. Auf dem Programm stehen Werke von Johann Sebastian Bach, Ignaz Moscheles, Ludwig van Beethoven, Felix Mendelssohn Bartholdy, Ernest Bloch, George Gershwin, Jascha Heifetz, Robert Schumann, Franz Liszt und Leonard Cohen.

Das 1999 gegründete Karlsruher Konzert-Duo genießt international hohes Ansehen und wird regelmäßig zu Konzerten im In- und Ausland eingeladen. Es ist Preisträger mehrerer internationaler Wettbewerbe in Italien und Frankreich. Die künstlerische Arbeit des Duos zeichnet sich durch tiefgründige Interpretationen, technische Meisterschaft und eine ausdrucksstarke musikalische Gestaltung aus.
Einen besonderen Schwerpunkt legen die beiden Musiker auf das Repertoire der Romantik und des 20. Jahrhunderts. Darüber hinaus widmen sie sich der Wiederentdeckung seltener gespielter Werke sowie der Aufführung zeitgenössischer Kompositionen. Ihre Konzerte begeistern ein internationales Publikum; die Kritik hebt insbesondere die außergewöhnliche musikalische Einheit und die sensible Bühnenpräsenz des Ensembles hervor.

Dieser Song von Leonard Cohen trägt Anklänge an das litwakische Erbe und das kulturelle Gedächtnis der osteuropäischen Juden in sich, während Robert Zemeckis’ Film Themen wie Zeit, Erinnerung und generationenübergreifende Verbindungen erforscht. Zusammen laden sie uns auf eine Reise zwischen Vergangenheit und Gegenwart ein und offenbaren den bleibenden Einfluss der litauischen und litwakischen Kultur auf die internationale Kunst und Erzählkunst.“ – Katya Kov.
Das Konzert wird mit Unterstützung der Kulturabteilung der Deutschen Botschaft in Vilnius in Zusammenarbeit mit „Pasaka x Create Culture Group“ und dem „Geros valios fondas“ veranstaltet.
