Through powerful Kundalini Yoga practices, voice activation and the healing vibrations of live music, you’ll reconnect with your inner joy. The day will also include dynamic dance sessions and sound healing to further release blockages and awaken your authentic self.
In these challenging times, we often find ourselves weighed down by external pressures and inner chaos. This workshop offers you the tools to transcend these pressures, unlocking the infinite potential within.

Maria Akal from Mexico
With over two decades of dedicated Kundalini yoga practice, 15 years of guiding individuals through profound transformations, and a decade of experience in birthwork, Maria Akal integrates traditional and sacred practices into her work. Her deep passion for dance has led her to explore and blend various styles, using movement as a powerful tool for creativity and healing.
Guided by her deep commitment to the empowerment and healing of people, Maria Akal creates transformative experiences through loving workshops and ceremonial practices.
Fodor Réka from Transylvania
Singer, dancer, percussionist from Transylvania, balancing the traditional, ancient way of singing and modern experimentation with voice.
She curiously investigates the relationship of space and sound, inspired by environmental, natural sounds, the human experience, connections, movements.
In her performance and teaching, her tools are radical improvisation and the exploration and surpassing of our boundaries, in order to inhabit and embody more of ourselves, eventually for our wellbeing and health.
Somatic experiencing and movement exercises, bodywork are also part of her teaching regime.
