🇦🇲 Armenian Students for Artsakh 2026 – Final Results AnnouncementRight of Return to Artsakh | Second Edition
On February 18, 2026, Armenian Students for Artsakh will host the final results announcement ceremony of its second research competition, dedicated to one of the most urgent and sidelined issues of our time: the Right of Return to Artsakh.
This year’s edition brought together 15 Armenian students from nine countries — Armenia, Artsakh, Syria, Iran, the United States, France, Russia, Georgia, and Turkey — who worked closely with mentors from across the Armenian world, including diaspora experts and local professionals. Through months of research, guidance, and collaboration, the participants developed in-depth theses addressing the legal, political, humanitarian, and moral dimensions of the right of return of the people of Artsakh.
During the event, the winning research projects will be announced, and the audience will hear short testimonies from students, mentors, and jury members, reflecting on the process, the findings, and the broader significance of this initiative. The ceremony will take place in the presence of representatives from the Artsakh government, the Armenian National Assembly, as well as members of the public who are engaged with the Armenian Cause.
Following the official program, a brief networking and meet-and-greet session will provide space for participants, mentors, professionals, and attendees to connect, exchange ideas, and explore how these research works can contribute to ongoing advocacy, policy work, and international awareness efforts.
At a time when the Right of Return to Artsakh has been forcefully pushed out of public discourse—even within Armenia—this initiative seeks to bring the issue back into focus, reaffirming it as a central political, legal, and moral priority for Armenians worldwide.
The Armenian Students for Artsakh research competition is organized by the ARF Youth Office and stands as one of its key student initiatives, bringing together young Armenian minds around pressing, relevant, and actionable aspects of the Armenian Cause. The research produced through this platform is intended not only as academic work, but as a meaningful contribution to the efforts of institutions and individuals engaged in the ongoing struggle for justice and the rights of the people of Artsakh.

🇦🇲 «Հայ Ուսանողութիւնը Արցախի Համար» 2026 – Վերջնական Արդիւնքներու Յայտարարութիւն
Արցախ վերադարձի իրաւունք | Երկրորդ թողարկում
Փետրուար 18, 2026-ին «Հայ Ուսանողութիւնը Արցախի Համար» նախաձեռնութիւնը կը կազմակերպէ իր երկրորդ ուսումնասիրութիւններու մրցոյթի վերջնական արդիւնքներու յայտարարութեան հանդիսաւոր արարողութիւնը, որ նուիրուած է մեր օրերու ամենահրատապ ու միաժամանակ օրակարգէն դուրս մղուած հարցերէն մէկուն՝ Արցախ վերադարձի իրաւունքին։
Այս տարուան թողարկումը համախմբեց 15 հայ ուսանողներ իննը երկիրներէ՝ Հայաստան, Արցախ, Սուրիա, Իրան, Միացեալ Նահանգներ, Ֆրանսա, Ռուսիա, Վրաստան եւ Թուրքիա։ Ուսանողները ամիսներ շարունակ սերտօրէն աշխատեցան աշխարհի զանազան վայրերէն փորձագէտ խորհրդատուներու հետ՝ Սփիւռքէն եւ Հայաստանէն, պատրաստելով խորքային հետազօտութիւններ, որոնք կ՛անդրադառնան Արցախի ժողովուրդին վերադարձի իրաւունքին իրաւական, քաղաքական, մարդասիրական եւ բարոյական կողմերուն։
Միջոցառման ընթացքին պիտի յայտարարուին մրցոյթի յաղթողները, եւ ներկաները պիտի լսեն կարճ վկայութիւններ ուսանողներէն, խորհրդատուներէն եւ ժիւրիի անդամներէն՝ անդրադառնալով աշխատանքի ընթացքին, արդիւնքներուն եւ նախաձեռնութեան ընդհանրական նշանակութեան։ Հանդիսութիւնը պիտի կայանայ Արցախի իշխանութիւններու, Հայաստանի Ազգային ժողովի ներկայացուցիչներու, ինչպէս նաեւ հասարակական հետաքրքրութիւն ցուցաբերող լայն շրջանակներու ներկայութեամբ։
Պաշտօնական բաժինէն ետք կը նախատեսուի կարճ ծանօթացումի եւ շփման պահ, որպէսզի մասնակիցները, խորհրդատուները, մասնագէտները եւ ներկաները հնարաւորութիւն ունենան իրար հետ հաղորդակցելու, գաղափարներ փոխանակելու եւ քննարկելու, թէ ինչպէս այս հետազօտութիւնները կրնան օգտակար ըլլալ։
Այն ժամանակաշրջանին, երբ Արցախ վերադարձի իրաւունքը բռնի կերպով դուրս մղուած է հանրային օրակարգէն՝ նոյնիսկ Հայաստանի մէջ, այս նախաձեռնութիւնը կը ձգտի դարձեալ շեշտադրել անոր կենսական նշանակութիւնը՝ հաստատելով զայն որպէս հայ ժողովուրդի քաղաքական, իրաւական եւ բարոյական առաջնահերթութիւն։
«Հայ Ուսանողութիւնը Արցախին Համար» հետազօտական մրցոյթը կը կազմակերպուի Հ.Յ.Դ. Բիւրոյի Երիտասարդականի Գրասենեակի կողմէ եւ կը ներկայացնէ իր հիմնական ուսանողական նախաձեռնութիւններէն մէկը՝ համախմբելով հայ երիտասարդ միտքերը Հայ Դատի այսօրուան արդիական, կարեւոր եւ գործնական խնդիրներուն շուրջ։ Այս հարթակին մէջ ծնունդ առած հետազօտութիւնները նպատակ ունին ծառայելու ոչ միայն որպէս ակադեմական աշխատանքներ, այլ նաեւ որպէս գործնական ներդրում՝ այն հաստատութիւններու եւ անհատներու ջանքերուն մէջ, որոնք կը պայքարին Արցախի ժողովուրդի իրաւունքներուն եւ արդարութեան համար։
