Thanks to generous funding from the Northwood Trust we are delighted to annouce Ali will be back in our garden teaching Yoga every week!
Join our friendly class for all abilities each Thursday from 1-1:45pm

All welcome along, even if you've never tried yoga before.

Mats provided and class can be adapted to suit all abilities and bodies.
