About this Event
Join us for a fun-in-the-sun, all-level yoga class in the beautiful and iconic setting of Vizcaya Village. Each class is led by an experienced teacher from the Hanu Yoga Studio.
If you are looking to enjoy a full-body stretch that will leave you feeling invigorated, this is the class for you. Every class ends with a deeply restorative meditation. What better way to spend your Sunday and reset before the work week?
To Note:
- Eventbrite registration is required to participate.
- Dress for the weather, as this is an outdoor class.
- Bring your own yoga mat and water bottle with a closable lid.
- Class time is approximately 60 minutes, starting at 9:30 a.m.
- All attendees must sign an Informed Consent Form as part of Eventbrite registration.
- S PECIAL DISCOUNT: All yoga participants receive $5 OFF daytime admission to the east side of Vizcaya Museum and Gardens property. The discount must be redeemed the same day as the yoga class. Instructions to redeem the discount are given at the end of the class.

Yoga used to be FREE at Vizcaya Village. Why did that change?
In the past, these classes were offered for free, and they became incredibly popular. While we loved seeing so many people interested in yoga, it posed some challenges. Classes would fill up quickly, often well in advance, and this made it tough for some folks to secure a spot. Additionally, because there was no financial commitment, we noticed a high number of no-shows on the day of the class, which made it difficult to accurately plan for class sizes.
The change to a $5 price was made with the intention of improving the overall experience for our participants. By implementing this fee, we can better control the registration process and ensure that class sizes are manageable. This is particularly important right now due to ongoing construction in Vizcaya Village. We want to prioritize the safety of all participants, and managing class sizes helps us achieve that.
Please note that all yoga participants will also receive $5 OFF daytime admission to the east side of Vizcaya Museum and Gardens after class. The discount is only available the same day at the class and instructions to redeem the offer are provided at the end of each class.
Why did the teacher/studio change?
As part of the restructuring of the wellness program at Vizcaya, museum staff sought to find a partner who could provide other wellness options to help us serve a wider audience.
In addition to yoga, Hanu Yoga offers tai-chi, meditation, Zumba and more. We are currently on the process of polling our audience to determine the ideal mix of classes based on demand.
