The goal for these shows is to spotlight and help new bands in our area gain skills through booking gigs/tours, learning marketing and promotion techniques, solid music releases and other key factors that contribute to having a successful music career.
Bands who play New Blood will have a chance to play a ‘Final Jam’ at the end of the year and to be chosen for a Y&O grant where they will receive one of the following prizes:
- Possible distribution of a single or EP via Farmer & the Owl label
- A spot on a Y&O run Festival
