thōn is launching a weekly pop-up at Green Box in Thảo Điền.
Every week until Têt, we will bring vegetable bundles from regenerative farms outside the city.
These aren't the uniform, waxed, week-old vegetables you find in most markets. They're diverse, seasonal, and grown in soil that's being healed rather than depleted.
Each bundle is unique, changes from week to week, and contains a delicious and healthy selection of classic and some unexpected vegetables.
Come meet us. Ask questions. Learn where your food actually comes from.
