This is your chance to connect with and learn about an incredible local cause, make a tangible difference, and have fun.
π About the Event:
β’ Date: Saturday, 30th August, 2025
β’ Time: 7:30 AM start (concluding around 12:30 PM)
β’ Meet-up Point: Ripple Effect Rides Store
β’ Distance: 15km bike ride
β’ Inclusions: Eco-Soap Bank factory tour, return tuk-tuk transfer from our store to the factory, bike and equipment rental, and snacks & refreshments for all cyclists.
π What to Expect:
The morning will begin with a tuk-tuk transfer from the Ripple Effect Rides store to the Eco-Soap Bank factory, where participants will get an insightful tour of their soap recycling and hygiene education programs.
Following the factory tour, the cyclists will embark on a picturesque 15km ride through the Bakong countryside which will include scenic views, with snacks and refreshments.
Don't want to ride a bike? You're welcome to join us for just the factory tour! We'll arrange a tuk-tuk to take you back to our store after the tour, before the cycling begins.
π Our Purpose:
The goal of this day is to raise vital funds and awareness for the incredible work Eco-Soap Bank does. This organisation empowers women with employment and provides life-saving hygiene supplies to vulnerable families.
Did you know that for every dollar raised, we are able to provide up to 20 Eco-Soap Play Bars to Cambodian children and families in need?
π How to Join & Donate:
Registration Fee:
$5 - Factory Tour Only (by tuk-tuk)
$5 - Bring Your Own Bike (please note, this will be transferred to the starting location with the rest of the bikes)
$7.50 - Full Cycling Experience with Rental Bike
$25 - Full Cycling Experience with Rented E-Bike
𧑠Donation:
A minimum Donation of $10 USD per person on top of the registration fee is required to participate in this event. In an effort to raise as much money as possible, we recommend a benchmark of $20USD per person for those who can afford it.
Note, all donations will go directly to supporting Eco-Soap Bank's programs. Ripple Effect Rides will absorb all tax & VAT costs related to processing donations.
