On Saturday, September 20th, at 11:30 AM in the Movement Studio at WellCome OM, we're turning up the volume and traveling through the decades! Come dressed in your favorite dance attire from your favorite music decade – whether it's the roaring twenties, the disco seventies, the neon eighties, or the grunge nineties!
This all-levels Zumba class promises high-energy fun, fantastic music, and a chance to groove to the beats that defined generations. It's the perfect way to celebrate the joy of dance, connect with our community, and get a fantastic workout.

Meet Cody – Your Zumba Instructor!
Cody has been bringing energy and joy to the dance floor for over 10 years as a certified Zumba instructor. With a passion for movement and music, Cody’s classes offer a total body workout that’s as fun as it is effective. Whether you’re just starting out or a seasoned dancer, Cody makes sure every class is inclusive, high-energy, and adaptable to all fitness levels.
Zumba is more than just a workout for Cody—it’s a way to boost physical and mental health, improve cardiovascular fitness, and walk out feeling happier than when you walked in. Expect vibrant rhythms like Reggaeton, Cumbia, and Dembow that will keep you moving, sweating, and smiling.

Failure to register in a workshop or special event may result in the cancellation due to not enough signups. So please, register in advance so our presenters can prepare for the expected amount of people.
