From this day forward, the light grows stronger, inching its way back into our lives.
🕯️To honor this return, we will begin with a gentle candle-gazing practice. As you soften your eyes into the warm glow of the flame, you’ll be invited to reflect on what you’re ready to release into the darkness and what inner light you’re calling forth. Candle gazing helps quiet the mind, regulate the breath, and open the heart…creating the perfect entryway into the solstice meditation.
🕯️From there, you’ll be guided into a nourishing sound bath, where healing frequencies, crystal tones, and the soothing resonance of instruments support your journey inward.
This sound healing experience is crafted to help you reconnect with your inner illumination, your clarity, purpose, and rising energy. As the season shifts and the light slowly returns.
