This calming sound bath uses soft singing bowls and delicate chimes — no gongs, no drums, no sudden crescendos. Just gentle sound to quiet the mind, relax the body, and invite deep rest. These sessions have been carefully designed to:
Encourage better sleep
Calm the nervous system
Support deeply meditative states (theta/delta)
Be gentle, safe, and ideal for stress, burnout, or emotional overwhelm
Bring a cosy blanket, a comfy pillow and anything else you want to make a cosy nest. Bring anything that helps you feel warm, safe, and supported. Lie down. Let go. And allow yourself an hour to simply be.
