Join the Radio Amateur Club of Knoxville on Thursday, August 21, 2025, at 7:00 PM for a special program marking the upcoming 20th anniversary of Hurricane Katrina.We’ll welcome Kevin Duplantis, W4KEV, who will share his firsthand experiences during one of the most devastating hurricanes in U.S. history. Kevin was working at a radio station in the middle of the storm and will discuss both the challenges faced and the lessons learned — including the critical role communications played during the disaster.
