We spend so much of our time caring for others,! On the evening before Valentines why not treat yourself to some time to look after your own heart 💗
A wonderful evening planned for you, starting with some gentle movement, just to help you to start to unwind, relaxing the body and mind, then moving onto a fully guided deep relaxation (yoga nidra) and then finishing off with a beautiful SOUND BATH with crystal singing bowls, all designed to nourish your own heart, we will be including heart opening poses, (The heart chakra (Anahata)💚 using rose quartz crystals and essential oils to nourish and give your own heart some love...
OUR VENUE - A beautiful yurt with under floor heating set in the countryside over looking a stream and gorgeous meadows.
SUITABLE FOR everyone age 18 +
Contradictions for Sound Bath, please check with me before booking if you are pregnant, have any sound induced conditions or wear hearing aids.

WHAT TO BRING - Just need to wear comfortable layered clothes, yoga mat, (yoga mats can be provided please request one when booking). Bolsters are provided, just bring along a blanket, a cushion for your head and anything else that you need for your comfort.
