👻 Spooky Sunrise Paddle
Come paddle sunrise with me!

⏰Duration: 4-5 miles 2-3 hours
🗓️Friday HALLOWEEN October 31 @ sunrise
😃 Intermediate to Advanced - this is a fast paced workout
Costumes encouraged but not required ❤️
A witch hat is perfect. Be comfortable but also have some fun!
Let's meet EARLY SATURDAY MORNING for a paddle workout.
GETTING READY FOR THE PADDLE:
🛟 Lifejacket is required (you don't have to wear it but one needs to be on your board)
💦 HYDRATE HYDRATE HYDRATE -water it up kids!
💊 Electrolytes ("it's what plants crave") *leave a comment if you know what movie this is from*
🛶 SUN protection (Hat, sunscreen)
🎒 DRY BAG (phone, keys, etc)
🥞 Bring snacks (fruit, bars)
🧘♀️Launch & Warm-Up 7:00 am
Meet me near the boat ramp at Northshore Park.
This facility has parking and bathrooms.
Air up your board and get ready for our fun adventure!
🛶 Paddle Workout 8:00 am
We will paddle along the side to South shore park, under the bridge (near the island), then under the highway to the other side and then back to start point.
Dressing up encouraged but not required! 😛
This is more fast paced workout. We will go as fast as the wind and our strength takes us. We will stop and take breaks to hydrate and fuel up.

This is about catching the sunrise.
