Anyone practicing in kendogu in Scotland can put themselves forward for selection. Performance and attendance at this and previous squads, as well as recent taikai, will be taken into account and two teams will be selected:
5 person open team
5 person women's team
The training menu will loosely be as follows:
Hour 1 - warm-up, suburi, drills
Hour 2 - waza-geiko
Hours 3 & 4 - shiai in groups (everyone will hopefully get to fight everyone)
Cost: £5 payable on the day.
