Trip Overview:
• Departure: Friday, March 20 at 6:00 AM, Quality Inn Parking Lot (3200 S Hermitage Rd)
• Arrival in Nashville: Approximately 4:00 PM
• Lodging: Two-night stay at Hampton Inn & Suites Downtown Nashville – breakfast included!
• Return: Sunday, March 22, depart hotel at 11:00 AM; arrive back in Hermitage ~9:00 PM
Cost:
• Roundtrip Bus Fare: $236 early bird (by Jan 7, 2026) / $250 after Jan 7
• Discounted Hotel Rate: $299/night (Normally $500) Automatically receive access to our block of reserved rooms at this discounted rate. Room reservation links will be sent out in February. Up to 4 guests are allowed per room, and the cost should be shared among the guests staying in the same room.
Important Notes:
• Trip is non-refundable
• Minimum 45 participants required
• If the trip does not meet minimum participation by Feb 4, 2026, all registered bus fare guests will receive a full refund
• All minors must be accompanied by a legal guardian
