Half flow, half restore!Join Jess G. for a 45 minute flow followed by 45 minutes of restorative postures. There will be props and hands-on assists offered throughout the practice, and Jess will play her favorite tunes🎵🎶 Different genre each week, at her discretion. You don't want to miss this fun class!
This class is held in our Fire Room which is heated to 90 degrees.
Please bring a mat, towel and water.
