π£ππππ¦π ππ’ππ‘ π¨π¦ ππ¦ πͺπ πͺπ’π₯π π’π¨π₯ ππ¨π§π§π¦ π’ππ π§π’ ππππ£ ππππ§ πππ‘πππ₯...The 2nd annual βπͺπ’π-π-π§ππ’π‘β will kickoff at 6:00AM on Saturday October 19th. We will tackle one workout every hour for 24 hours!! Not sure if you can handle the full 24 hours?. That's ok, we will take all the help that we can get! Give us what you can...you can opt in for as many WODs as you can handle!!
Workouts will be varied, thoughtful and intentional. We want this to be challenging but achievable...workouts will range in time from 3:00-20:00, performed individually or with a partner.
πͺπ’π-π-π§ππ’π‘ profits will be donated to a family that is in need during their time in treatment.
We will have on-site entertainment, games and prizes!!
