🎺 **Parade at 3:00 PM** - Watch the vibrant **krews** line up their floats and roll through the property in an exciting **off-road parade**!
🍽️ **Food & Drink Specials** - Mardi Gras themed treats and drinks to enjoy throughout the day! 👑🎭**King Cake** - Traditional King Cake will be available to enjoy with your loved ones!
Participants will vote KING & QUEEN following the parade !
There will also be the prizes for the best decorated and as always no parade is complete without goodies for the KIDS & adults !
🎶 **Live Music** - Let the rhythm of the music get you in the Mardi Gras spirit as LONGVIEW full band takes over the stage !
This **FREE** event is perfect for both participants and spectators! Bring your family and friends for a day full of **good clean fun**, **amazing floats**, and **celebration**. Let’s make this 3rd annual Mardi Gras celebration and off road parade at the cove one to remember! 🎉👑

If you would like to participate in the Parade the line up will begin at 2:45 on April 5th.
The parade route will begin and end at the green space on Lookout Ln. (marked on map by red arrow).
This event is free , there is NO entry fee for participants or spectators.
Vehicles: Golf Carts, ATV, Side By Side, lawnmowers, little trailers or similar types designed for off road/recreational purposes. Deck out your “float” with everything Madi grass and WIN a Prize for Best decorated float with your krew! Krews encouraged to bring items to toss during parade such as beads ,candy and party favors for an authentic Madi grass parade style
Waiver Form: *All participants will be asked to sign a Waiver & Release of Liability Form the day of the parade.Parade Route: Parade Route and number of Laps will be determined by the number of Participants so let us know ahead of time with a quick face book message to our page The cove at compass lake! If you and your krew are going to join together just let us know with a quick message for organization. The KING & QUEEN will be voted on by parade participants!
