During our mini holiday workshop your child will enjoy:

• 🧘 Mindful moments, stories & gentle movement
• 🐾 Cuddly time with our guinea-pigs and animal friends
• 🍪 Hot-chocolate style treats and seasonal joy
I’ll lovingly hold the space for them — while you add the final touches to your tree, wrap your gifts or simply breathe. 💗

What to Bring:
All equipment is provided—mats, cushions, bolsters, etc. Just wear comfy clothes and bring a snack, lunch, and water bottle each day.
