It’s that magical time of year again — when the heart of Clevedon comes alive with festive cheer, bright smiles, and the jingling sound of Christmas spirit!Join us for the annual Clevedon Christmas Parade, a much-loved community tradition that brings together families, friends, and local groups to celebrate the season in true Clevedon style.
The parade will make its way down Clevedon’s main street (Papakura end), between the Monument and the Roundabout on the corner of North Rd & Clevedon-Kawakawa Bay Rd, so bring your chairs, find your spot early, and get ready for a joyful afternoon of festive floats and community spirit.
Once the parade wraps up, the celebrations continue at Clevedon Village Reserve (5 Papakura–Clevedon Road) — which will have been magically (thanks to a wonderful group of volunteers) transformed into Santa’s Grotto!
Enjoy a full afternoon of fun with:
🎅 Meet Santa, Spiderman, and Princess Elsa
🎨 Face painting
🎈 Bouncy castle
🌭 Sausage sizzle, ice creams, and popcorn
✨ A special Reindeer and Fairy Show at 3:30pm
This is the perfect way to kick off the festive season — a chance to celebrate our amazing community, and create magical memories with family and friends. So pack a picnic blanket or deck chair, gather the family, and come along for a wonderful afternoon of Clevedon Christmas cheer.
Please note: The main street will be closed to vehicles from 2:00pm to 4:00pm for the duration of the parade.
