Dear Wonderful Families,
We are thrilled to invite you to our spooktacular Halloween party! 🕸️✨ We have a lot of fun activities planned to make this a fantastic event for families, but we need your help to ensure its success. We're looking for volunteers to host our Trick or Treat activity stations. If you’d like to volunteer, please reach out to David or Cristina privately to coordinate - we want to plan this with plenty of time! 🎃

Bobbing for Apples 🍎
Spider Ring Toss 🕷️
Face Painting 🎨
Or any other creative and fun activity you’re comfortable with!
When the kids complete the activities/games, they will earn a treat. We hope each volunteer will bring small treats for the children to earn, so each station has different treats and games. 🍬
HALLOWEEN PROGRAM
12:00 PM - Costume Contest
For kids and adults! We will have awards for the “Most Creative,” “Most Adorable,” “Funniest Costume,” & “Best Family Costume.” 👻🧛‍♂️
2:00 PM - Spooky Food Contest and Picnic
Bring your favorite spooky dish! There will be awards for the best creations. 🕸️🍲
4:00 PM - Trick or Treat Stations
Volunteer for a game or activity station where kids can play to earn candy or small treats. 🎃🍭
Food and General Picnic Supplies
🧺💖 The Association of English Speaking Families in Sevilla will support this event, and we also appreciate your donations to make it even better. We accept Bizum at this number: 601 411 699. We also welcome new members! 🤝
Halloween Decorations
We will bring small decorations for the park. If you have decorations at home, please bring them along (you can take them back after the event or donate them for future events). 🎃🕸️
Food sign-up will be shared here a week before the event.
