🍽️ Clay and Sip: Japanese Plate Making Set Workshop 🍷Discover one of the oldest and most beautiful Japanese pottery traditions in this mindful and creative workshop. Together, we’ll make a set of three nesting plates — a serving plate, a side plate, and a condiment dish.
Using wooden moulds and soft foam, you’ll learn the traditional method of shaping and refining your plates to create elegant, functional pieces with a timeless feel. This is one of our absolute favourite ways of making pottery — simple, relaxing, and deeply rewarding.
Once complete, your set will be glazed and twice fired, ready for collection in about four weeks.
