The Flow of the Evening
1. Welcome & Pour (6:00 PM)
• Guests gather inside.
• Projector screen will be prepped for a short educational wine video.
• Everyone pours a first glass of their favorite style wine from the kitchen.
2. Living Room Session (6:30 PM)
• Group moves to the living room.
• Watch together: video on winemaking and the art of tasting.
3. Tasting Journey (6:15 PM)
• Back to the kitchen for a wine tasting flight (white).
• Outside at the bar for a wine tasting flight (red).
• Conversations spark, people share favorites, laughs begin to flow.
4. Audio Walking Tour (6:45 PM)
• Guests will scan a QR code to queue a custom YouTube audio track.
• With earbuds in, the group follows a guided path around the property:
> Stop 1: Cemeteries – history of 200-year-old burial grounds in America.
> Stop 2: The Railroad – its role in history and modern America.
> Stop 3: Costco & Commerce – logistics, shipping, and today’s supply chains.
> Stop 4: Sediment Pond – reflection on industrial impact.
> Stop 5: Farmlands – farming in America
> Stop 6: Cell Tower – technology, and connectivity.
* The audio track ties it all together with an inspirational close, reminding everyone to live fully and enjoy the moment–which we’re about to go do.
5. The Bonfire Feast (7:30 PM)
Fire is lit.
Grilling chicken served with sides (BYO contributions welcome).
Wine continues to flow.
Open time: stories, laughter, music, fellowship.
6. Outdoor Movie (8:30 PM)
* Big-screen movie under the stars: The Lost City (2022) – Sandra Bullock + Channing Tatum, action-adventure with a funny twist.
Blankets, chairs, and firelight!
7. Late Night Chill (10:30 PM)
Hot tub session for those who want to keep it going. (If I can get it connected in time!)
Others drift to tents or stay by the fire for cigars and stargazing.
Optional Next-Day
For campers: light breakfast together in the morning.
Coffee, muffins, fun debrief on the night before.
