What to Expect
Watch Audrey demonstrate how to make a perfect pizza dough from scratch — she’ll walk you through everything you need to know, from ingredients to technique, and share her best tips for achieving the ideal texture and flavor.
You’ll then prepare your own pizza on site with Audrey’s guidance. Learn how to shape your dough, make a simple and delicious tomato pizza sauce, and top your creation with cheese or pepperoni.
Finally, bake your pizza in the Bakehouse alongside our Master Baker and enjoy the satisfaction of creating your very own artisan pizza!
