What’s on the Menu?
🥕 4 Types of Seasonal Hummus: We will craft four distinct hummus varieties, each representing a season and featuring a signature vegetable of that season. Rani will teach you how to balance bold flavors and utilize seasonal produce to keep your healthy eating habits exciting all year long.
🍞 Flatbreads from Scratch: No hummus plate is complete without the perfect vessel. You’ll learn the art of kneading and cooking delicious, fluffy flatbreads from scratch to pair perfectly with your hummus creations.
