This flows into collective rhythm sessions, where we will jam together losing ourselves in rhythm, celebrating the natural cycles of the earth and the rhythms of life.
Why rhythm matters:
When we drum together, our brainwaves and heartbeats naturally synchronize through a process called entrainment. Science shows that rhythm can shift our nervous system, moving us from stress into deep relaxation and unity. In this shared pulse, we return to the ancient language of community connection.
The evening then moves into a drum meditation, guiding us deeper inward.
We will close with a powerful gong bath, joined by Antz from Sacred Sound Sangha, offering his crystalline frequencies to carry us into a space of harmony and renewal.
This is more than a gathering it is a ceremony of resonance, honoring the turning of the seasons, the heartbeat of the earth, and the rhythm within each of us.
