Dear adventurer and seeker,I’d like to invite you to a very special 4-hour forest adventure. This won’t be just a hike – it will be a space where physical movement, the power of nature, and self-development practices come together.
You’ll experience a forest coaching session designed to help you step back, look at the bigger picture (in life or work), refine your vision, and shape clear, actionable steps toward your dreams. It’s an opportunity to recharge, find new motivation, and reconnect with yourself.
✨ Focus on AIR element and Bigger Picture
This time, we will be working with the nature element Air – the symbol of vision, perspective and big dreams. Air invites us to broaden our horizons, see things differently, and open up to new possibilities. Together, we’ll explore your “bigger picture” and what you truly want to create in your life.
🌿 What to expect:
• A 7–8 km hike through the beautiful landscapes of Divoká Šárka (medium difficulty, some off-main-trail parts, ups and downs)
• Forest coaching practices – guided self-development exercises, reflections, meditations and discussions in nature with an experienced transformative coach
• Time to disconnect from the outer world and reconnect with yourself
• A small, like-minded group of people
• Tea and snacks at the end of the journey

Līga Buša-Lehtonena – certified transformative coach, integrating wisdoms of nature and the four elements into her coaching work.

• You can walk 7–8 km in forest terrain (sturdy hiking shoes are a must!)
