🍂 Autumn Equinox Celebration: Restorative Yoga, Yoga Nidra & Sound Bath 🌕Join Isis du Jour for this special Friday evening, honouring the balance of light and dark with a deeply nourishing practice of Restorative Yoga, Yoga Nidra and a Healing Sound Bath.
As the seasons shift and we move inwards, this special event is designed to ground your body, calm your mind and reconnect you to nature’s rhythm.
We'll begin with gentle Restorative Yoga to release tension and open the body, followed by a guided Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep) meditation to access deep rest and inner stillness supported with a Healing Sounds featuring Himalayan singing bowls, chimes and other healing instruments to vibrationally align and soothe your entire being.
