This is the first of a seasonal series filled with cacao ceremony, breathwork, storytelling, and ecstatic dance — inviting you back to yourself, to community, and to the world you belong to.

🌿 Ceremony 1 — The Path of Reconnection
To live a happy and meaningful life, we must learn the art of resting in ourselves — feeling at home in our own bodies.
Only from that grounded place can we build lasting relationships, friendships, and partnerships.
In this ceremony, we explore:
✨ What practices help you feel at home in yourself?
✨ How can you fill your own cup before trying to fill others?
✨ How might the parts of yourself you struggle to accept be holding hidden gifts?

This is the first step on our seasonal journey — a gentle return to yourself.
A space to pause, breathe, and meet the person you are beneath expectations, noise, and responsibility.
We’ll explore how our shadows hold our superpowers, how our deepest wounds often reveal our greatest gifts, and how rooting ourselves in gratitude makes that transformation possible.
Through cacao, breathwork, and storytelling, we create space for clarity, self-acceptance, and a deeper sense of belonging within.
You are welcome whether this is your first ceremony or the beginning of walking the full arc.
