Pilates and Mobility Session
Our retreat begins with an introduction to postural health and mobility.
The session will encompass balance, mobility and strength. An ideal companion for those who cherish their time among plants and nature. Pilates for gardeners can ensure you not only nurture your garden but also tend to your physical and mental well-being. Booking essential.
Lunch
A light and delicious vegetarian lunch will be provided on the roof terrace pod using many ingredients from the kitchen garden.

Take time, switch off and immerse yourself in the tranquil surroundings.
Yin Yoga Session
Yin yoga is a deeply grounding and soothing style of yoga involving long held passive stretches whilst also focussing on the breath. In turn, this helps to improve the health of joints and fascia (connective tissues).
Restorative Yoga Session
A deeply relaxing practice which can improve sleep quality, improve mood and relieve mental agitation.
Tea and Cake
Before you leave, we will serve a selection of tea and cakes, and time for reflection of the day with your host Kerry.
