🔋🔋🔋 Lack of energy, even though everything seems fine? Maybe it’s not about diet, sleep, or vitamin D deficiency, but rather unexpressed emotions that are draining your strength. A lot of emotional tension accumulates in the neck, lower back, and hips, blocking the natural flow of energy and affecting how we function so one can sense too much anger or not enough. Fear? A lack of joy? Your body holds the answers.
Join us for a Bioenergetic Workshop based on Lowen’s Method, where simple movements, breathing techniques, and grounding exercises will help you explore emotions, release tension, and restore energy.
No prior experience needed—just come with curiosity and comfortable clothing! 🌱
This workshop is open to anyone curious about how movement can help reduce stress, release emotions, and bring more freedom into daily life.

This workshop is based on Alexander Lowen’s Bioenergetic Method, which uses simple movements, breathing techniques, and grounding exercises to help people explore their emotions, release tension, and feel more relaxed, energized, and connected to themselves.
I’m Gosia! After spending years living abroad, I’ve returned home with a strong desire to create something meaningful for the international community—a space where people from different backgrounds can come together to feel more at home in their own bodies. This workshop will run in English only.
This month I am finalizing my fourth year of body psychotherapy training, deepening my knowledge of how the body and mind work together.
