In this circle, we open space to:
• Witness the shifting landscape of intimacy and connection after birth
• Share ways to invite support, tenderness, passion, and teamwork with your partner
• Tune into your own desires and explore how honoring them empowers both of you
🌙 Part 3 — Honoring Sleep & Sacred Rest for Mother and Baby
In this circle, we explore:
• Gentle rhythms that cradle both mother and baby in restoration
• What nourishing sleep can look like for a nursing mother and baby
• Ancient wisdom of slowing down in early motherhood
• The importance of community in reclaiming rest
Through movement, storytelling, and song, we’ll weave wisdom from lived experience, ancient practices, and the latest science — so that each mother leaves with inspiration to carry home.
👩🍼 Circle Guide: Natalia Ossinova — mother of three, International Board Certified Lactation Consultant, Certified Womb Circle Facilitator, and former obstetrical nurse.
💲 Cost: $60 for all 3 circles
Held on Thursdays: September 11, 18 & 25 from 5:30-7:00 pm
