Kohi mai rā hunau!Join us for a wānanga for our Moriori imi and hunau living in Tāmaki Makaurau.
This is a time to reconnect, kōrero, share kai and culture, and strengthen our Moriori identity together.
We’ll also be celebrating the end of our first Moriori Language Week (17–23 November), so let’s finish the week on a high – together.
Details to come - but in the meantime, please start sharig and inviting your hunau! The more the merrier. The last hui we had in Auckland there was mention of wanting to create a WhatsApp Group....of anyone wants to champion that, sigm out - otherwise we'll stick to a Messenger group for ease.
