Join Isis du Jour on Wednesday, 10th September from 10:30 AM to 2:00 PM for a midweek experience of calm, connection and nature.We'll begin with a gentle morning yoga session and immersive sound bath (10:30–12:00) designed to relax your body and clear your mind. Afterwards, enjoy a nourishing lunch at the charming Café Roost at Goddenwick Farm in Lindfield (12:00–13:00). We'll then head out for a peaceful nature trail walk through the surrounding countryside, returning by 14:00.
All levels welcome. A perfect blend of movement, rest, food, and fresh air – ideal for those looking to reset and reconnect midweek.
