We’re starting something new in Lausanne… a space to slow down, connect, and practice empathy together. Welcome to the Lausanne Empathy Lab!For our very first gathering, we’ll keep it simple and informal. We’ll meet outdoors for a shared picnic, get to know each other, and explore what kind of community we’d like to create.
What to expect:
- A warm welcome and time to meet new people
- A short circle to co-create our guiding principles (confidentiality, care, respect…)
- Space to dream together: when to meet, where to meet, and what we’d like from this group
- A few light empathy practices in pairs — simple listening rounds designed to build connection and presence
- Shared food and conversation under the open sky

Who is it for?
Anyone curious about empathy, Nonviolent Communication (NVC), or simply longing for more authentic human connection. No experience needed — just curiosity and kindness.
Our intention:
This group is about connection, not perfection. We’ll listen, share, laugh, and see what wants to grow. Together we’ll shape the Lausanne Empathy Lab into a monthly space for learning, practice, and community.
