🌿 Breathing LandA sensory + creative walk at Kavouri Beach
An invitation to breathe, move, sense, and simply be with the land. Join us for a gentle, guided experience led by our guest teacher Thalia Ditsa, blending movement, presence, and creativity in nature.
During this facilitated walk, Thalia will share:
✨ Simple Qi-inspired movement and breath practices to help us rest, ground, and open up an energetic dialogue with the landscape.
🌊 Creative invitations to explore and interact with the land, its beings, and the group — through curiosity, movement, and play.
🕰️ Schedule:
• Meet-up at 10:30 am at (Fydani, Chiou 27) to go together to Kavouri Beach. There is a limited number of seats available provided by Mouries. Please save your spot asap!
• Meeting point at Kavouri: around 11:45 am (exact spot TBA).
• Workshop time: 12:00 – 14:15.
• After the workshop, everyone is welcome to stay for an open picnic until around 15:00. The car will bring us back to Fydani after that.

Thalia Ditsa (GR/UK) is a multidisciplinary artist, researcher, and educator whose main playground is movement and dance. Her practice revolves around exploring and creating through the body and other — playing, sharing, and opening up new ways of communicating and co-creating.
With a background in Physical Science, Thalia holds an MA in Choreography from Dartington College of Arts (UK) and an MA in Political Science and Sociology from the University of Athens. Her ongoing research and practice, Body Landscape, draws from Butoh, experiential anatomy, somatic practices, and improvisation.
She’s trained as an Expressive Arts Therapist and is currently completing her Gestalt psychotherapy training, while also studying in the Greek BMC© Somatic Movement Educator program. Thalia facilitates groups in creative expression and personal development through the arts and organizes professional workshops for performing artists.
In 2018, she founded Ma-embodied performance lab, which has since produced five artistic works and numerous educational events. She’s also a founding member of Flock Collective, a space for collaboration and research in performance and somatics. Her work prioritizes community, participation, diversity, ecology, and rituals of care. Flock recently published “10+1 Dance Stories” (2024), co-authored by Ch. Polymenakos, I. Fylla, and Thalia.
